Magnesium Sleep Balm

Magnesium deficiency can cause interrupted sleep and restless legs, particularly in menopausal and perimenopausal women. We discovered that transdermal delivery (absorption through the skin) is the most effective way to get magnesium into the body. Taken in capsule form, the benefit can be diluted as magnesium can be destroyed by your gastric juices and therefore is less effective. Our natural sleep balm is a blend of nourishing mango butter, shea butter and coconut oil, scented with ylang ylang and lavender essential oils. Rich in magnesium it has been created to help you get a perfect night’s sleep. We recommend using this product before bed, massaging gently into the soles of the feet and lower leg. We suggest using a teaspoon size worth of balm which is approximately 5g in total. This dose will provide approximately 360mg of magnesium.
