Please note the Crystal will change depending on the Chakra so unless otherwise advised the crystals we use are as follows:
Root Chakra - Red Jasper
Sacral Chakra - Carnelian
Solar Plexus - Yellow Calcite
Heart Chakra - Green Jade
Throat - Blue Chalcedony
Third Eye - Sodalite
Crown - Amethyst
You can keep your Chakra’s balanced by placing a few drops of the Essential Oil on the to the lava Beads of the bracelet.
As a guide the essential oil only needs to be added to the lava bracelet once a week but feel free to as often as you like.
Please note some oils can cause skin irritation if in direct contract with your skin. Pease be careful and read the instructions on the oils. The Lava beads absorb the oil so once the oil has been absorbed the bracelets should be safe to wear.
As well as using an oil burner and place a few drops of the Chamomile Roman Essential Oil in the burning as direct by your oil burner's instructions, and then meditating on the throat chakra/Mandala meditation stone
