My name is Michèlè, and I work within the NHS, supporting clients with their emotional well-being. Inspired by my personal rainbow jar, I embarked on a project to devise a positivity jar with the aim of infusing creativity into their self-care journey.
Motivated by this, I wanted to introduce the concept of a Little Jar of Hope—an Eco-friendly, tangible reminder of the invaluable tools for resilience and well-being.
