General Reiki

Reiki is a hands on treatment which means I will place my hands on your body to give you the Reiki Energy.Reiki can be used to:

* treat a specific ailment,
* balance your chakras or
* is a relaxing therapy

Reiki is:

* a natural form of energy which is non-invasive,
* can revive you when you are feeling tired or depleted,
* it can be uplifting or relaxing,
* helps to promote mental, emotional, physical and spiritual rebalance,
* supports the body's natural ability to heal itself,

The treatment itself takes about half an hour but please allow for an hour.The cost of the treatment is £45 per session - book 4 sessions for £170.
