Awareness Coaching: Awareness coaching focuses on helping individuals gain deeper insights into their thoughts, behaviours, and motivations. By enhancing self-awareness, clients can better understand their thoughts, beliefs, values and perceived strengths and weaknesses. This coaching empowers clients to reframe unhelpful thinking patterns to align their actions with their true selves.
Discussion and Reflection: During each session, clients will have the opportunity to discuss their experiences and reflect on their emotions and behaviours. This reflective process is important for gaining insights, setting goals, and developing strategies to overcome challenges and foster personal growth.
