Nicola came to me today because she had dropped a steam cleaner on the top part of her foot and had bruised the bone. She was having trouble walking and moving the foot up and down. I have her a Celestite Crystal to put on it for 30 minutes.
Whilst the crystal was on her foot she said her foot went really heavy and she could not move it. After 30 minutes we removed the crystal and she had gain some additional movement in her foot and the pain had gone down too.
