One to One counselling is a form of talking therapy used to help people deal with the symptoms of mental health conditions and emotional issues that stem from specific life events.

 

We can help you to understand your symptoms, whether they’re physical symptoms such as rapid heart rate or emotional symptoms such as stress over your relationship or family dynamic.

 

Through talking about your emotions and prescribing certain types of therapy, such as CBT, twe will teach you coping mechanisms and may ask you to do certain tasks to stop the issue from continuing to hinder your life.
